The use of Mindfulness in Hakomi practice and its integration into psychology

We invite you to a multilevel training meeting led by renowned trainer Bettina Deuster, with the participation of assistant teacher Miriam Solé. This space is designed to deepen the use of Mindfulness as a key tool in the Hakomi approach, applying it to the therapeutic process and personal self-discovery.
 
This workshop is open to participants of all levels. We will work on the principles and practices of the Hakomi Method, integrating theory, self-discovery and practical sessions in a safe and enriching environment. On Sunday there will be supervised group practices of the Hakomi Method.
 
Mindfulness is one of the fundamental pillars of the Hakomi Method. In this practice, mindfulness is used to observe and explore, without judgement, the inner experiences that arise in the present moment. This approach facilitates access to deep-seated emotional and behavioural patterns, allowing for greater understanding and openness to change.
 
During the meeting, we will explore how the mindful use of mindfulness enables:
  • Develop a safe and receptive space for client and therapist.
  • Expand the capacity for emotional self-regulation and body awareness.
  • Deepen self-awareness as a therapeutic tool, both for the practitioner and the client.
This training is aimed at therapists and Hakomi students seeking to consolidate and expand their skills, integrating mindfulness as a transformative self-study process.

New! Advanced Supervised Practice

The advanced module is designed specifically for those who already have in-depth knowledge and consolidated practical experience in the HAKOMI method. It is a space geared towards refining skills and exploring more complex and deeper aspects of the method as well as receiving feedback.
 
Criteria for participation:
  • Have completed the basic Hakomi training.
  • Seek supervised practice space for certification with direct feedback from Bettina Deuster.
We help you to have a solid grasp of HAKOMI principles and experience applying them in therapeutic contexts.
 
Module objectives:
  • Refine and deepen advanced Hakomi therapeutic intervention skills.
  • Work with complex scenarios and deep dynamics in the context of HAKOMI for your certification.
  • Facilitate personal and professional growth through supervision and direct feedback.
 
Focus: This module focuses on deepening participants’ ability to sustain deep therapeutic processes, work with complex issues and maintain mindful presence and compassion in accompaniment.

Trainer Bettina Deuster

Trained as an Integral Body Psychotherapist: Core Energetics Therapist and with Ron Kurtz, Donna Martin and Bob Milone, practitioner of Hakomi. She is also a disciple and collaborator of Claudio Naranjo’s meditation teaching and Enneagram psychology.

Later, she became a trainer of the Hakomi network. Currently she lives in Germany, works in private body psychotherapy practice and trains Hakomi network groups in Europe.

Who can come to the module?

The module is focused on the continued practice of the method and deepen in specific topics that open new possibilities for self-study. But if you don’t have knowledge of the Method you can attend the workshop as the experience is individual and the learning is 100% experiential.

The advanced module is designed for advanced students who have completed the 45 days or are about to do so.

At Hakomi we do a lot of multi-level meetings that allow us to welcome each other and to continue learning on one’s own.

What is included in the price?

The price includes the training and the food and drink offered during the breaks. Lunch is not included.
