Meeting and Embracing Our Inner Children

The inner child is part of our emotional states and, in this workshop, you can have the space to explore it and observe its re-activity.

How does it affect your relationships?
How do you live with yourself?
How do you understand the world?

These are some of the questions with which children view the world around them.

Often we get stuck in these reactions and in this workshop you can explore unconscious habits in order to understand them and become aware of the suffering this brings to your relationships. Once there you can discover other resources and have the capacity to decide.

But what is the Inner Child?How to learn to take care of it?
Sometimes, we adults feel that we have and keep inside us the Child we were. In situations of stress, uncertainty and instability, our Inner Child appears unexpectedly in our lives, expressing its feelings and unmet needs.

We will learn how to work with the inner child states in a Hakomi Way. These states of mind often appear spontaneously in a Hakomi process and we respond to them with gentle curiosity and presence, bringing consciousness to the embodiment and accessing the underlying beliefs and ideas. We will find out what these states of mind actually need. The healing process brings the missing resources back into our experience and consciousness, allows us to experience them and to respond to life in a more satisfying and skillful way.

This is a multilevel workshop, i.e. you do not need any previous experience or knowledge of the Method to take the workshop. All you need is your interest and curiosity for self-study and awareness.
