The body as a therapeutic guide

 
During three days we will explore how the body speaks to us in therapy and how we use it in Hakomi.
How gestures, posture, tension and stillness are living indicators of the inner experience and beliefs that inhabit us.
 
What will we address in this Deepening?
  • Body reading and development of somatic sensitivity.
  • Deepening in the reading of Indicators.
  • The body as a direct access to the unconscious.
  • Experiments in mindfulness oriented to the body.
  • How to accompany from presence.
  • The therapist’s body: self-regulation, signals and coherence.
 
EsteThis space is part of the training process towards certification in Hakomi, and is also open to those who are in their last days of training and wish to deepen their practice.
 
 
A place to integrate what has been learned from the living experience of the body.
 
 
From Friday to Sunday (November 28, 29 and 30, 2025) with the option of discount for the Hakomi Circle on Thursday 27.
 
At the Hakomi Circle we will have the opportunity to connect with other Loving Presence participants, observe 3 – 4 different sessions facilitated by Bettina Deuster, and have the space to discuss the Hakomi method with others based on these observations. It is an enriching learning opportunity for all of us.

Trainer Bettina Deuster

She trained as an Integral Body Psychotherapist: Core Energetics Therapist and with Ron Kurtz, Donna Martin and Bob Milone, Hakomi practitioner. She is also a disciple and collaborator of Claudio Naranjo’s meditation teaching and Enneagram psychology.

Later, she became a trainer for the Hakomi network. She currently lives in Germany, works in private body psychotherapy practice and trains Hakomi network groups in Europe.
